The sound system is professionally planned and provided for each event so that all areas are optimally covered.

Events also take place in the rain. In extreme weather conditions, events may be canceled or postponed. Please inform yourself in advance.

Cash, debit/credit cards and contactless payment are accepted.

Yes, found items can be handed in on site. After the event, please contact us via info(at)openairpark-dus.de.

Medical services are on site. In an emergency, contact the staff or call the emergency number 112.

Children up to the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please observe the regulations for the protection of minors.

Bags larger than A4 format may not be taken into the OPEN AIR PARK. The respective organizer may also impose further bans.

  • Weapons or dangerous objects as well as objects which, if thrown, could cause bodily injury to persons.
  • Gas spray bottles, corrosive or coloring substances or pressurized containers for highly flammable or harmful gases, with the exception of commercially available pocket lighters.
  • Bulky objects such as ladders, stools, chairs, boxes, suitcases, etc. Containers made of fragile or splintering material.
  • Fireworks, rockets, Bengal fires, smoke powder, sparklers, flares and other pyrotechnic objects.
  • Free-floating balloons filled with flammable gases.
  • Laser pointers, selfie sticks.
  • Mechanically and electrically operated noise instruments.
  • All drinks and food brought onto the premises; in individual cases, the organizer may agree an exception to this rule with the operator.
  • Animals (with the exception of guide dogs, seeing-eye dogs and service dogs).
  • Racist, xenophobic, violence-glorifying, discriminatory and right-wing and/or left-wing extremist propaganda material; the same applies to clothing with the above-mentioned prohibited content and corresponding lettering or symbols; the organizer may issue extended bans.
  • Sound or image recording devices for the purpose of commercial use.
  • Drugs.
  • Whistle.

No, except guide dogs, seeing-eye dogs or service dogs.

Accessibility

Yes, the area is accessible and there are always special wheelchair spaces, which are arranged individually depending on the event.

Catering

There is a wide range of food and drink stands on site.

Whether your own food is allowed depends on the event. Details can be found on the respective event page.

Directions

The OPEN AIR PARK is located in the exhibition parking lot P1. Use our mobility platform “Event Mobility” for all travel information.

Please plan your journey using our mobility platform.

A limited number of parking spaces are available. However, we recommend traveling by public transport. 

Parking tickets can be booked via Event Mobility.

Motorhomes and camping are not permitted. Please use the surrounding campsites or hotels.
